New Changes For Adsense Users

Google Adsense is now letting you have more control over the appearance of your ads on your site. You can know change the font face on text in ad units on pages in Latin-character languages. Three options to choose from: Verdana, Times and Arial.

How and Where To Make The Changes

To change the ad unit quickly, you can go into your "My Account Settings" page and select the font preference. Note: when you make the change within "My Account Settings" this will affect all your ads on all your web pages. In other words, it's a universal change.

Can you create custom ads for specific web pages? Yes, Google is also allowing that as well. To set the font face for specific units on a web page you will need to make the change within the Manage Ads Page.

Note: If you change the font face of an ad unit from the "default" setting, that will be maintained even if you change the account-wide settings later.

As with anything, its wise to experiment.
