Customers simply plug the Broadband Bullet laptop stick into their laptop and the built-in software automatically finds the best available Internet connection. The Broadband Bullet is also an innovative 2-in-1 device that allows the customer to connect to the web and use as a memory stick with a Micro-SD card slot, allowing up to 8GB of storage.
Unlike other providers, the Broadband Bullet does not require a contract and the service is prepaid. The monthly plans are competitive, offering 5GB data usage for $50 per month and Unlimited data usage for $60 per month. In addition, the company developed an ‘Equipment Reimbursement’ program towards the laptop stick to eliminate the equipment costs, which makes the device practically free for the customer.
