Industry sources believe that Genesys Logic has begun sampling USB 3.0 device controllers for Apple, according to a DigiTimes report.
However, the same report notes that Genesys denies these claims.
Apple is typically ahead of the curve in the introduction of new technologies. It would not be surprising to see the company add USB 3.0 support to its computers in the near future.
